7.30 - 8.00 am: Tai Chi warm up exercises
8.00- 10.00am: Meditation Session
followed by Qigong & Tai Chi practice
10:00 am - 3:00 pm: Time to yourself
During this time you can read, relax, eat lunch, bask in the sun,
visit with the animals, go for walks or hikes, etc.
3:00 - 5:00 pm: Tai Chi & Qigong practice
5.00-7.00pm: Time to yourself
